2024 Graduate Student Spotlight: Rohit Subhedar

Rohit Subhedar is a PhD student at New Mexico State University working with Professor Niall Hanan in the Plant and Environmental Sciences department. He is broadly interested in understanding what factors maintain savannas globally. More specifically, however, he is interested in the effects of top-down factors such as fire and mammal herbivory on savanna vegetation.
