Originally from New Jersey, Caroline Toth graduated with a B.S. in Plant Science from the University of Delaware in 2016. After graduation, she has worked as a greenhouse technician for Grand Canyon National Park’s Native Plant Nursery. After returning to Delaware to work as a native ecology steward and goat caretaker, she returned to the southwest as a native seed collection specialist for the Bureau of Land Management in Moab, Utah. She worked for an arborist for one year before moving to Las Cruces, New Mexico, where she currently works as a research assistant and grad student studying Shrub Demographics of the Jornada Basin.
